Brock Solutions’ FoundryPlus Manufacturing Execution System is designed to provide foundries with up-to-date information for measuring productivity and implementing programs aimed at improving customer service, increasing production throughput, and reducing operating costs.

- Providing the means to capture production data in real time
- Providing the reporting and analytical tools to permit operating management to drill down through the detail to identify the root causes of production problems
This is accomplished through the following modules:
- Production Schedule Module: permits supervisors to schedule production and maintenance tasks for each machine. Scheduled production counts are then used in the Production Reporting and Analysis Module to measure attainment to plan
- Downtime Tracking Module: permits operating personnel to classify downtime events and identify potential causes. Analysis tools such as Pareto charts permit users to analyse downtime frequency by class and reason, and to drill down into the detail to determine the root cause
- Production Reporting and Analysis Module: provide management with the tools to abstract and examine operating data by machine group, machine, product, etc. over any time period. A comprehensive set of standard reports is provided
