Front Seat Assembly Conveyor Control System
The project entailed defining the process, as well
as the control panel and operator interface panel, overall design and component supply,
PLC programming, and control system simulation.
Engine and Transmission Assembly System
The project’s objective was to design and implement
a control system for the final assembly of engines and transmissions.
Extensive diagnostics, as well as interlocking and manual line controls,
were implemented. As well, design and programming services for a power
and free conveyor system were provided.
Automated Frame Assembly Line
The project involved testing and start-up of the
assembly line, in addition to implementing a number of improvements
to the system and PLC program.
Semi-Automated Frame Assembly Line
This project entailed PLC and SCADA programming,
configuration, installation supervision, commissioning, and training
during the development of the frame assembly line.
